We are more than happy to work with you on fully bespoke orders.  Please contact us with your ideas and requests through the get in touch form. Note: Custom orders are likely to have extended production and delivery timescales.

Coasters – To clean any marks from coasters, please wipe over with a slightly damp cloth. Don’t soak a wooden coasters or put in the dishwasher.

Earrings – To avoid damage, keep earrings away from water (showering, bathing, swimming etc) and direct contact with strong chemicals or oils.

Currently we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK.

Non customised items will be dispatched within 3 business days.  Parcels are sent using a 2-4 day delivery timescale, so please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your order to receive your parcel.

Customised items will be produced and shipped at the earliest possible opportunity however please be aware some items may take 1-2 weeks depending on the design requested and availability of source materials.

You can also elect to collect the item at a mutually convenient time from our location in Newbury, Berkshire.  Returns of non-personalised items are also available via this method and there is no charge for collections and returns this way.
